closets, exotic hardwood ceilings and the best views. The house has covered

The Casitas
There was a 70% occupancy rate in the 2004/2005 season, which was the first
year of operation. Since then, occupancy rates have been increasing.

Five beautifully furnished casitas, with fully-equipped kitchens,
architecturally designed for maximum ventilation by a German architect.
Also equipped with high efficiency, remote control, airconditioners.

The Casitas feature front porches with ocean views, private baths,
kitchenettes and dining areas, all in a tropical open plan. Custom
cabinetry and finely crafted doors and windows produced by local artisans.

The Grounds

The grounds have botanical gardens with huge shade trees as well as an
abundance of palms, hundreds of flowering plants in a lush tropical setting
with mango, banana, papaya, plantain and star fruit trees. The property
teems with wildlife, resident toucans and countless other fauna. Stone
walkways wind through the gardens and lead to a reef and virtually private
beach, or to the rancho and its gently swinging hammocks.

The property has its own filtered water supply in the form of two wells and
a 3000 gallon holding tank.

Architectural plans and infrastructure (plumbing and electric) are included
for construction of four additional villas.
