This pristine beach development land is in an area that is still unknown and untouched, along the southern section of Guanacaste, north Pacific province. But not for long. There are two regional airstrips now serving the area: one at Playa Bejuco, the other at Punta Istlita. Access roads are good. Totaling 438 acres of prime view land and flat beach area land. Adjoins the maritime zone, and in front is one of the nicest beaches in all of the north Pacific province of Guanacaste. Pristine, unspoiled, yet easily accessible from the thriving beach communities of Playa Carrillo and Playa Samara, as well as from the Punta Islita resort.
This land is being offered as one property, but is registered as two separate parcels. One, totally flat and which contains a lagoon preserve with an abundance of water, and which would be perfect for a golf course or condo development, measures approximately 260 acres. (The preserve land, which comprises the lagoon, though within the property, is not counted in the 260 acres).
The second parcel, contiguous to the flat parcel, measures approximately 178 acres. This parcel is elevated and commands the best views. It is ideal for home and condo devel-opment, offering, as it does, the most extraordinary sunset and beach and ocean views.
All of it is only a couple of hundred yards to one of the best, longest and widest beaches along the Pacific coast. Miles of untouched beach. A rarity anywhere in the world.
As development land, whether for ocean view lots, condos, a hotel, golf resort, or luxury homes, there is no better offering anywhere in Costa Rica.
